I use invented sculptural forms to express the feeling of movement and life without copying the figure directly.

The work must be able to satisfy the requirements of being sculptural, when seen in an abstract sense, yet I want what I consider to be the ‘Human-ness’ of being human to seep out.

Steve and Cathy Lewis are married and live and work in Bristol.
